FESCO Transportation Group (“Group” or “FESCO”) will host a conference call and webcast on Monday December 5, 2016 at 5pm Moscow time (2pm London time; 9am New York time) to provide investors with an overview of FESCO’s year-to-date September 2016 operational and financial performance.
The conference call will be conducted in English.The call and the subsequent question and answer session will be dedicated exclusively to a discussion of the current business environment as well as the operational and financial performance of FESCO for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2016. In view of the Group’s ongoing negotiations with stakeholders involved in the proposed restructuring of the Group’s indebtedness, FESCO’s management will not address any inquiries regarding the ongoing restructuring process.
