Transportation Group (“Group”) notes media reports about intention of Russian
Management Company Arsagera ("Arsagera") to file bankruptcy petition
against FESCO PLC ("Company”, parent company of the Group). The Company announces
that such claim is groundless and hereby kindly asks its clients and partners not to respond
to the provocation.
“Arsagera” claim for 2.7 million rubbles given as a reason for the statement are under dispute, and the Company continues to contest it in the courts. With the Company’s net assets in total amount of 17.9 billion rubbles as for December 31, 2017 by RAS, the statement on Company’s insolvency contradicts the reality and is incendiary. The Company does business as usual.
